Which documents allow a head covering in the photo?

A habitually worn tudung, hijab, turban, kippah or songkok is accepted for 50 of the 55 documents here, provided the face stays visible. 4 refuse one outright, including for religious reasons, and one accepts it only on a condition most coverings cannot meet.

Worth knowing

Worth saying plainly: an AI cannot reliably remove a head covering, and in our own testing it kept one in every attempt — including when the prompt demanded removal. So for the documents marked "not allowed" above, a photo of someone wearing one will come back wearing one, and be refused. Every other document on this site accepts one.
